Big Ivory Book of Jazz Piano Solos [Paperback] Review

This is a great book full of great arrangements of hymns, worship and christmas songs.I love the reharmonizations and cool funky voicings used by the great arrangers of the book.Unlike other arrangements in other books i've looked at, which are quite boring and straight forward i found myself analyzing and just blown away by some of the ways the chords were voiced and reharmonized.I really enjoyed playing through these arrangements and i'm going to incorporate them into my own playing. i highly recommend this book and other Word Music Publishing books to anyone who is involved in the christian music industry who wants to stand out from everyone else.
